Stir Fried Brocolli with Ginger Recipe

Ingredients:
700g broccoli, cut into small pieces
15g fresh ginger, shredded
125ml (1/2 cup) water

Seasoning Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar

Method:
Heat up oil in a frying pan or wok over medium heat, sauté ginger and all seasoning ingredient for 2 minutes or until fragrant. Add in water, bring to boil. Add broccoli and stir fry for another 1 minutes, remove from heat and ready to serve.
