Steamed Chinese White Cabbage and Dried Shrimps Recipe

Preparing time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

1 whole Chinese cabbage (about 500g), remove old leave, cut into stripes
2 tablespoons dried shrimps, remove shell
250ml (1 cup) water

Seasoning Ingredients:
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon sugar

Arrange cabbage stick on a heat proof plate, set aside. Mix shrimps with seasoning ingredients, then spread over the cabbage. Steam for 10minutes. Ready to serve.
