Soybean Sprout and Tomato in Sparerib Soup Recipe

2 tomatoes, cut each to quarters
300g soybean sprouts, remove the fibrous root
600g spareribs, cut into pieces

Put the sparerib into a heat proof bowl, pour hot water onto the sparerib, rinse for 10 second, drain. Put all ingredients including spareribs into a big sauce pan. Put in water to cover the ingredients. Bring to oil, then reduce to low heat. Continue to cook for 40 minutes. Put in salt right and stir well, remove from heat. Ready to serve hot.
