Shredded Kelp Salad Recipe

Cooking time: 5 minutes


Ingredients:
300g kelp, wash and shred into matches stick shape
8 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 sprigs spring onion, finely cut
1 carrot, shred into matches stick shape

Seasoning Ingredients:
2 tablespoon black vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons light soy sauce

Method:
Boil water in a sauce pan, put in kelp and cook for 5 minutes or until cooked. Remove and drain. Set aside. Mix well all ingredients, including the seasoning ingredient. Ready to serve cold.
