Minced Chicken with Broccoli and corn Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
125g chicken breast fillet, wash and mince
375g broccoli, but into small florets, soak in salt water for 30 minutes
3 tablespoons creamy sweet corn
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
5 tablespoon water
½ tablespoon oil

Marinade ingredients:
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon corn flour

Seasoning Ingredients:
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg white

Method:
Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes or until done. Remove and place on a serving plate. Mix chicken with marinade ingredients. Heat up oil in a wok over medium heat. Stir fry garlic for 3 minutes or until fragrant. Put in chicken and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add creamy sweet corn and water. Cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is done. Add salt and egg white, mix well. Remove and place chicken onto serving plate with broccoli. Ready to serve.

Broccoli content higher uric acid compare to other vegetables, those who suffer from gout should reduce taking these vegetable.
