Ingredients:
125g chicken breast fillet, wash and mince
375g broccoli, but into small florets, soak in salt water for 30
minutes
3 tablespoons creamy sweet corn
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
5 tablespoon water
½ tablespoon oil
Marinade ingredients:
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon corn flour
Seasoning Ingredients:
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg white
Method:
Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes or until done.
Remove and place on a serving plate. Mix chicken with marinade
ingredients. Heat up oil in a wok over medium heat. Stir fry garlic for
3 minutes or until fragrant. Put in chicken and stir fry for 3 minutes.
Add creamy sweet corn and water. Cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is
done. Add salt and egg white, mix well. Remove and place chicken onto
serving plate with broccoli. Ready to serve.
Health Tips:
Broccoli content higher uric acid compare to other vegetables, those
who suffer from gout should reduce taking these vegetable.
