Colorful Fish Ball Recipe

Cooking time: 15 minutes


300g fish paste (minced)
1 red capsicum (finely chopped)
1 green capsicum (finely chopped)
1 yellow capsicum (finely chopped)

Seasoning Ingredients:
teaspoon salt
1 egg white
2 teaspoon corn flour
1 tablespoon red wine (or Chinese rice wine)
teaspoon pepper
teaspoon chicken stock granules (optional)

Combine fish paste with all seasoning and mix well. Then form into ball shape (2 inch diameter). Coat the balls with chopped green, red and yellow capsicum. Arrange them onto a steaming tray. Steam for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.

Cooking tips:
The fish paste could be bought ready in pack or do it yourself using any firm white fish. Get 300g firm white fish, clean and rinse, cut into cube size, then process in food processor for 3 minutes or until turn into paste form.

Health tips:
Some study has shown that capsicum helps halt prostrate cancer spread.
