Cabbage Fish Roll Recipe

General Ingredients:
1 cabbage (500g) with big leaves, rinse and drain
300 minced fish meat (any white fish or salmon)
3 pcs black fungus, clean and finely shredded
4 waterchestnut, peel and finely shredded
1 carrot, peeled and finely shredded

Seasoning Ingredients:
1 tablespoon peanut oil
½ teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sesame oil

Garnish Ingredients:
½ teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon light soy sauce

Method:
Combine minced fish with all seasoning and shredded vegetables and mix well. Blanch cabbage into boiling water for 3 minutes or until soft. Place the mixture onto a piece of cooked cabbage and roll. Put all the cabbage rolls on a steam pot and steam for 10 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with sesame oil and light soya sauce. Ready to serve.
