2 tablespoons mint jelly
Boil the cauliflower and broccoli until
tender. Remove the vegetable into a large salad bowl.
With a new pan, mix and saute
ingredient A until nearly cooked.
Stir in the flour and cook for another
Put in the cider and simmer until the
sauce slightly thickening.
Pour the sauce into a food processor
and add Ingredient B.
Process until finely crushed.
Pour the mixture over the vegetable.
