Asparagus with Mix Vegetable Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
30g asparagus, cut to match stick size
2 fresh black mushrooms, sliced
1 medium carrot, sliced
30g black moss, coarsely chopped
1 kelp
500ml (2 cups) water

Seasoning Ingredients:
Chinese parsley
Salt
Sesame oil
Black vinegar
Pepper

Thickening Sauce ingredients:
1 teaspoon corn flour
2 tablespoon water
(mix well in a bowl)

Method:
Put all the 2 cups of water and all ingredients in a sauce pan, bring to boil. Reduce to low heat and continue to cook for 10 minutes. Add seasoning ingredients and mix well. Thicken with thickening sauce. Serve hot.
