Ingredient A:

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon fennel seeds

1/2 teaspoon masala salt

1/3 teaspoon of ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

2 tablespoons olive or grape seed oil

1 chopped onions
-
3 cloves of crushed garlic

800g cauliflower florets
-
175g chopped fresh spinach

2 tablespoon lemon juice
Methods:

Heat oil in large frying pan.

At high heat, stir fry onion and garlic
for 2 minutes.

Add cauliflower and stir for 3 minutes.

Add Ingredient A and stir for another 1
minutes.

Add Ingredient B and bring to boil.
Then reduce to low heat to simmer for 6 minutes until cauliflower is
tender.

Stir in the spinach, cover and cook
another 1 minutes.

Add lemon juice and ready to server.
