Wolfberry and Dried Longan Porridge Recipe

Cooking time: 30 minutes


15g dried longans (dragon eye), rinse and drain
10g Chinese Wolfberry (Qi Zi / Lycium) rinse and drain
4 red dates (Chinese Jujube), remove seed, rinse and drain
500ml (2 cups) water
100g rice

Put water and rice into a casserole (ceramic pot or corning ware). Bring to boil and reduce to low heat, continue to cook for 10 minutes, stir occasionally. Add dried longan, wolfberry and red dates. Continue to cook for 20 minutes or until become porridge, stir occasionally.
