White Cabbage with Pork Dumpling Soup Recipe

125g lean pork meat (minced)
15 pieces Shanghai wanton wrappers
500g white cabbage
250ml (1 cup) stock (vegetable or fish stock)

Seasoning Ingredients:
2 teaspoons light soy sauce
2 pinch ground white pepper
2 teaspoons cornflour

Wash the white cabbage. Blanch with boiling water for 2 minutes. Rinse and drain, then finely chop. Mix lean pork, seasoning ingredients and follow by shredded white cabbage. Put 1 tablespoon of mixture onto each wanton wrapper to make dumpling. Cook in boiling water for 10 minutes. Put 1 cup of stock and 1 cup of water into boil. Put dumpling into stock. Ready to serve.

Health tips:
Use of Shanghai White Cabbage, Chinese White cabbage or even watercress is possible for this dish. Replace the pork with chicken if you not prefer red meat.
