Stir Fry Snow Peas with Scallops Recipe

Cooking time: 6 minutes

 

Ingredient A:
115 gram (8 ounces) snow peas (kinusaya), strings removed
115 gram (8 ounces) scallops
1 tablespoons sake
1 tablespoons cornstarch
1 pinch salt

Ingredient B:
1 tablespoon sake
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame seed oil

Ingredient C:
1 pinch pepper (black or white, depend on preference)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 piece fresh giner, peeled and finely sliced
5 tablespoons dashi soup or stock (get dashi stock or soup recipe in Anti Aging Recipes section)
 

Method:
Mix Ingredient A well. Add oil and heat the pan, stir in the ginger. Add scallops and stir fried for 2 minutes. Add the snow peas and continue to stir fried 3 minutes. Add the soup and bring to boil. Add ingredient B and cook for another 1 minutes. Then remove from heat and add peeper. Served.
