Ingredient A:
2 cloves crushed garlic
2000g (6 1/2 oz) pork mince
1 red chili, seeded and thinly sliced
Ingredient B:
3 tablespoons garlic chives, thinly chopped
2 teaspoons oyster sauce
3 teaspoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
Ingredient C:
1 bunch (155 g/5 oz) asparagus Spears, trim and cut to matches
stick length
150 g (4 m1/4 oz) firm tofu, cut into bite-size
1 tablespoon oil
Method:
Cover asparagus with boiling water for 3 minutes; drain. Heat up a
pan till very hot, put in the oil. Put in ingredient A, stir and toss
the meat to brown. Put in the asparagus and tofu and continue to stir.
Put in the ingredient B, continue to stir for 1 minutes. Ready to serve
with rice or pasta.
