Ingredients:
50g dried lily flowers
250g pig’s kidney, thoroughly clean, rinse and drain, slice the pig’s
kidney
2 slices ginger, finely chopped
1 Scallion, diagonally cut to 1 cm length
3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon oil
Seasoning Ingredients:
1 pinch salt
½ teaspoon sugar
Method:
Heat up oil over medium heat, put in ginger, scallion and garlic
and stir fried for 3 minutes or until fragrant. Put in dried lily
flowers and pig’s kidney. Stir fry for another 2 mintues. Season with
salt and sugar. Ready to serve.
