Stir Fried Green Beans Recipe

Ingredients:
630g green bean, section to match-stick length
15g bacon, shredded
1 pieces black fungus, soak in water until soft, shredded
Oil, deep frying

Seasoning Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon black bean paste
½ teaspoon black vinegar

Method:
Heat up oil in a frying pan over medium heat, deep fried green beans for 3 minutes, drain with paper towel. Heat up another new frying pan, saute all seasoning ingredients for 2 minutes, add water, bacon, fungus and green beans. Stir fried for another 3 minutes. Ready to serve.
