Stir Fired Chicken with Celery Recipe

Ingredients:
500g chicken meat – sliced
2 celery stick – sliced diagonally with 2.5cm in length
1 tablespoon shredded ginger
1 tablespoons oil

Seasoning Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Chinese rice wine (could be replace with white wine)
½ tablespoon sesame oil
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons water

Method:
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry chicken over high heat for 30 seconds. Add celery and ginger and stir fry for another 30 seconds. Add seasoning Ingredient and bring to boil. Stir well and cook until the liquid almost dried up. Serve immediately.
