Ingredients:
2 chicken thigh, cut into serving pieces
1 red capsicum, cut to cube
1 green capsicum, cut to cube
1 tablespoon miso paste
Seasoning Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon black vinegar
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar
Thickening Sauce ingredients:
1 teaspoon corn flour
2 tablespoon water
(mix well in a bowl)
Method:
Blanch chicken and capsicum in hot oil. Heat up oil in a frying pan
over medium heat, saute miso paste for 1 minutes, add 125ml ( ½ cup)
water and all seasoning ingredient. Bring to boil and stir in the
thickening sauce. Cook for 30 second and ready to serve.
