Steamed Pork Patty with Octopus and Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients:
cup Oatmeal
5 pieces water chestnut, peel, rinse and finely chopped
15g dried octopus, soak in water till soft, rinse and finely chopped
Minced port 225g

Seasoning Ingredients:
teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Light soy sauce
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
1 teaspoon Water
2 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
1 pinch ground white pepper

Method:
Put oatmeal into a food processor and process until fine. Combine water chestnuts, dried octopus, oatmeal, seasoning ingredients and minced port. Mix well. Transfer to a deep plate and shape it into a round patty. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes and serve.
