Ingredients:
1 piece (300g) cod fish fillet
30g huang-qi (Chinese herbal)
6 g cinnmon stick
1 tablespoon gei-zi (Chinese herbal)
1 stalk scallion
2 pieces ginger
Salt to taste
500ml water
Method:
Clean huang-qi and boil in water at low heat for 20 minutes. Add in
cinnamon stick and cook for another 2 minutes or until about 1 cup /
250ml. Rub fish fillet with a little salt, arrange spring onion and
ginger on top. Pour over 1 herbal stock and steam for 10 minutes or
until cooked.
