Steamed Bean Curd with Miso Recipe

2 pieces (about 200g) white silk bean curb (tofu), quartered each piece.
15g cilantro, coarsely chopped

Seasoning Ingredients:
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar
1 tablespoon miso paste

Mix well seasoning ingredients in a small bowl. Arrange bean curd on a heat proof serving plate, spread the mixed seasoning paste on top of each bean curd. Steam the tofu under medium heat for 5 minutes. Ready to serve.
