Steamed Abalone Mushroom with Sesame Seed Recipe

100g abalone mushroom
Toasted white sesame seeds
medium red chili, finely cut

Seasoning ingredients:
1 tablespoon blight soya sauce
1 tablespoon black vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pinch pepper

Thickening Glaze ingredient:
1 teaspoon corn four
2 tablespoon water mixture
(mix well in a bowl)

Marinade ingredient:
3 tablespoon cornflour
teaspoon salt

Put abalone mushroom into boiling water for 1 minute, remove and drain. Cut into thick slice and mix with marinade ingredient, season for 15minutes. Steamed under high heat for 10 minutes. Heat up a pan under medium heat, put in all seasoning ingredients and thickening glaze until the sauce become thicken. Stir in steamed abalone mushroom and mix well. Remove and spread sesame seeds and red chili over it. Ready to serve.
