Shredded Steamed Chicken with Sesame Sauce Recipe

Ingredient A
75g shredded carrot
75g shredded celery
1 clove grated garlic
1 teapoon ginger

Ingredient B
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons wasabi paste
2 tablespoons sesame paste
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon white vinegar

Ingredient C
teaspoon spiced salt
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger wine

Rinse and drain chicken, Marinate for 30 minutes. Steam over high heat for 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Leave it with covered for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool. Scald shredded carrot and celery in boiling water briefly. Drain and arrange on a serving plate. Remove the chicken skin. Shred the meat with hands. Arrange the shredded chicken over the carrot and celery. Mix grated garlic and ginger with Ingredient B. Pour the mixture over the shredded chicken. Ready to serve.
