Sesame and Red Date in Oatmeal Porridge Recipe

Ingredients:
15 red dates, remove seeds
150g oatmeal
6 tablespoons black sesame powder
1.5 liter (6 cups) water
Seasoning Ingredients:
½ tablespoon brown sugar

Method:
Soak red dates in cold water for 10 minutes. Put water and oatmeal in food processor and process until the mixture well mixed. Put the oatmeal mixture and red dates in a sauce pan, cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until done. Stir in black sesame powder. Stir occasionally while bring to boil. Add Seasoning Ingredients. Serve to serve.

Cooking tips:
You may dilute the porridge with water after added in the sesame powder, depend on your preference.
