Ma Po Tofu (Spicy Bean Curd) Recipe

2 pieces soft silk white tofu, cut to small cube
5g bacon, shredded (could be replaced with vegetable ham)
4 pieces dried mushroom (soak in water until soft), diced
2 pieces dried bean curd, diced
10 g soy bean

Seasoning Ingredients:
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 tablespoons miso paste
1 teaspoon chili sauce
1 pinch sugar
1 pinch salt
teaspoon black vinegar
tespoon sesame oil

Thickening Sauce ingredients:
1 teaspoon corn flour
2 tablespoon water
(mix well in a bowl)

Heat up oil in a frying pan or wok over medium heat, saute bacon, dried bean curd and mushroom. Add 250ml (1 cup) water and all seasoning ingredients, bring to boil. Add silk tofu and continue to cook until boiling. Stir in thickening sauce and mix well. Remove from heat and ready to serve hot.
