Job's Tear Rice Recipe

Preparation time: 5 minutes + 4 hours soaking

Cooking time: 25 minutes


Ingredients:
187ml (¾ cups) Chinese job’s tears, wash and drain
1 liter (4 cups) brown rice, wash and drain

Method:
Soak job’s tear with cold water for 4 - 6 hours, drain. Cook the job’s tear together with brown rice in rice cooker with 6 cups of water. Ready to serve when done.
