Cooking time: 120 minutes
200g bitter gourd, rinse, remove seeds
and cut into 1cm thick slices
120g Chinese mushroom, rinse and soak
until soft, cut into thin slices
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon sesame oil
5 thin slices ginger, rinse
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Heat up pan together with sesame oil.
Put in ginger and garlic, fry for 15
second or until fragrant.
Add Ingredient A. Stir fry for 5
minutes or until bitter gourd become soft.
Add ingredient B. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
Could serve together with rice.
