Cold Tuna and Crab Meat with Yogurt Salad Recipe

400g cooked tuna
100g cooked crab meat
1 tablespoon finely chopped parley
1 large green pepper seeded and finely chopped
2 large tomatoes coarsely chopped
1 pimento finely chopped
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Set Yogurt (Unflavored, natural yoghurt)
Lemon slices for garnishing
5 Lettuce Leave, rinse and drain

Mix all the vegetable, tuna and crab meat in a big bowl. Put in mayonnaise and yogurt, mix well. Mix enough mayonnaise and yogurt depend on personal favorite, but keep the ratio of 1:2 for mayonnaise over yogurt. Place lettuce leaves in a new salad bowls. Scope the salad mixtures into the bowl, garnish with lemon slices. Read to serve cold.
