Chicken Wings with Button Mushroom and Carrot Recipe

Preparation time: 10 minutes +  30minutes marinate

Cooking time: 10 minutes


12 frozen mid-joint chicken wings
1 Carrot, wash and finely shred
8 button mushrooms, wash and slice

Marinade Ingredients:
2 teaspoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon shaoxing wine
2 teaspoon cornflour

Remove the Chicken Wings’ bones by first cut off the joints on both ends. Marinate with marinade Ingredients for at least 30minutes to 20 hours, could keep in fridge while marinade. Stuff each chicken wing button mushrooms and carrot, ratio 1 to 1. Heat up oil in frying pan over medium heat. Put in chicken wing, cook until both sides are turn to golden color. Drain the oil with kitchen paper towel. Remove and serve.

Health tips:
Remember to remove the skin of chicken wing before eating would highly reduce the cholesterol and fat. This is especially important for those with high blood pressure and under weight control program.
