Method: Add salt into water and bring to boil in a saucepan. Add Broccoli and cook for 2 minutes or until the broccoli has changed to darker color, do not overcook to preserve the vitamin C. Drain well, put on a salad bowl and set aside. Mix Ingredient B in a separate bowl. Stir in the mixture, toss to coat. Set aside for 15minutes before serving.
