Black Bean and Pig's Tail Recipe

Cooking time: 60 minutes


Ingredients:
100g black beans
175g pig tail, wash thoroughly
3 slices ginger
1.25 liter (5 cups) water
½ teaspoon salt

Method:
Scald the pig tail: put the pig tail in a heat proof bowl, add in boiling water, drain. Soak black beans in cold water for 30 minutes. Drain. Add 5 cups of water in a big sauce pan, bring to boil. Reduce to low heat, and cook for 60 minutes. Add salt. Serve.
