Ingredient A:
1 tablespoon oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
250g bittergourd, thinly sliced into 3cm strips
1 pinch salt
Ingredient B:
4 eggs, beat to foam
½ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 pinch pepper
Stock granules, press to become powder
3 tablespoon oil
Method:
Heat up oil in pan over medium heat and stir fried garlic for 3
minutes or until fragrant. Put in bittergourd and mix well. Add salt
and continue to stir fry for 5 minutes until bittergourd is soft. Mix
bittergourd and ingredient B together. Heat up 3 tablespoon oil in pan
over medium heat, pour in egg mixture and cook until set. Turn egg over
and continue to fry for 2 minutes or until turn to golden color. Remove
and put on paper towel to remove excess oil. Ready to serve.
