Ingredients:
4 pcs white firm fish fillet
5 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 tablespoon butter
½ teaspoon black pepper powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup water
1 pc Aluminum foil
1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
Method:
Preheat oven to 200°C. Clean the fish and marinate with salt and black
pepper. Place the fish fillets onto a piece of Aluminum foil. Mix
garlic, butter and water in a bowl and spread the mixture over the
fish. Put into oven and bake for 200°C for 20 minutes. Remove from
oven, sprinkle lemon juice over fish and serve immediately.
