Apple Macaroni Recipe

50g macaroni
40g minced pork meat
1 big red onion, finely chopped
1 medium carrot, coarsely chopped
10g green peas
10g carrot
100g cabbage
apple, coarsely chopped

Seasoning Ingredients:
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
teaspoon salt

Soak apple in salty water. Drain and set aside. Boil a pot of hot water, blanch carrot, peas and cabbage, remove from hot water, drain and set aside. Put in macaroni to the hot water and a pinch of salt. Cook for 15 minutes over low heat or until done. Rinse in cold water and drain. Heat up oil with frying pan over medium heat, stir fry onion for 2 minutes or until fragrant. Put in pork and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add in carrot, peas, cabbage and apple. Put in seasoning ingredients and stir well for 1 minutes. Remove from heat and ready to serve.
